This Privacy Policy describes how Leonard W. Stitz, P.C. (doing business as "Stitz Law," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit stitzlaw.com and its landing pages (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.

Information We Collect

Information you submit. When you complete our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred language, matter type, and the details of your message.
Automatically collected information. Our analytics and advertising tools automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URL, and interactions with the Site (clicks, scrolling, and similar events).
Marketing attribution. If you arrive from a paid ad or a tracked link, we may capture identifiers such as gclid, fbclid, and UTM parameters so we can understand which campaigns generate inquiries.

Submitting an inquiry does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Please do not submit confidential or time-sensitive legal information through an initial advertising form.

Google Ads (gtag) to measure conversions from our advertising and to support remarketing.

How We Share Information
