Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 15, 2026
Leonard W. Stitz, P.C. ("Stitz Law") is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe access to legal information and to our firm should never depend on how you browse the web.
Standard We Follow
We work to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), California's Unruh Civil Rights Act, and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
Measures We Have Taken
- Full keyboard operation, with a visible focus indicator and a “skip to main content” link on every page.
- Descriptive text alternatives for images and labels for every button, link, and form field.
- Color and text contrast tuned to meet the 4.5:1 minimum for body text.
- Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate page structure.
- Respect for the operating system's “reduce motion” setting.
- The full site is available in English and Spanish.
Known Limitations
Some videos hosted on third-party platforms may not yet have complete captions or transcripts. We are adding them, and in the meantime we will provide the content of any video in writing on request. Third-party content such as embedded maps is outside our direct control; we will assist you with any information it contains.

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or you need information from this site in another format, please contact us. Tell us the page address and what happened, and we will respond within 3 business days and provide the information you need by phone, email, or mail.

Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review this site regularly, test with keyboard-only navigation and automated accessibility tools, and correct issues as we find them or as they are reported to us.
